Declutr – Photo Cleaner ("Declutr", "we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the Declutr mobile application and related website.

• Subscription and purchase information, such as whether you are a Free or Premium user. Payments are processed by Apple and we do not receive your full payment card details.
• Photo library access permissions required for the app to review, organize, protect, and help delete items in your photo library.

2. Your Photos and Videos

Declutr is designed to work with your existing photo library on your device. We do not sell your photos or videos. We do not intentionally upload the contents of your photo library to our servers unless a clearly disclosed feature requires it and you explicitly opt in.

Where available, analysis such as grouping, review assistance, or protection features may be performed locally on your device or through privacy-conscious processing methods.

3. How We Use Information

• To provide the core photo cleaning and organization experience.
• To enable premium functionality, restore purchases, and manage subscriptions.

Declutr is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. International Users

If you access the app from outside the country where our operations are based, your information may be processed in other jurisdictions, subject to applicable safeguards.
